Once you have completed the above you can then create other records such as Feed Rations, Medication Schedules and Movements
Using the navigation side bar, go to Site -> CPH -> Create CPH. Enter the details of your CPH here. Any field with * is mandatory. You can create additional CPH's, such as an abattoir or another farm here. The CPH information you enter here can then be used in the Slaughter and Movement sections of the system
Create a Herd Mark
Before you can add a pig you must create a herd mark. You can create multiple herd marks. Go to Site -> Herd Marks -> Create Herd Mark.
Create a Pig
Go to Pigs -> Create Pig. We suggest you create a pig that is permanent member of your herd (not on hire from another source for example). Enter the details of your pig. There is help text under
each field to guide you through the form.
Create a Supplier
Before you can create a Medication you must create a supplier. Go to Inventory -> Suppliers -> Create Supplier. Fill out the form details. You will use this supplier to create a Medication

Create a Medication
Before you can create a Medication Schedule or Medication History and record the medication of your pigs you need to create a Medication. First you create an Inventory Item that is of type Medication.
Go to Inventory -> Inventory -> Create Inventory Item. Fill out the form making sure you select Medication in the Inventory Category field. Select the supplier you created in the previous
step
Now you need to create a medication using the inventory item you have just created. Go to Medical -> Medications -> Create Medication. Select the inventory item you have just created in the Inventory Item field. Input the other details.
Create Feed
Before you can create a Feed Ration or Feed History and record the feeding of your pigs you need to create a Food. First you create an Inventory Item that is of type Feed.
Go to Inventory -> Inventory -> Create Inventory Item. Fill out the form making sure you select Feed in the Inventory Category field.
